A project based around the ancient holy wells in North Wales. These wells have been a feature of the landscape for thousands of years, and were regarded as sacred long before the arrival of Christian missionaries in Wales. Many of the wells have been forgotten, but those that survive are often surrounded by stunningly beautiful scenery. The locations are therapeutic in themselves - some are quiet and inspire introspection - some require considerable effort to find, and some are just spectacular.
